Every engagement with Palo Alto Career Readiness begins with a complimentary Introductory Exploration Session. It is a focused, no-pressure conversation designed to understand your situation, clarify your goals, and determine whether the practice's methodology is the right fit for your next move.

This session is not a sales pitch. It is the first step of a structured process, and it is offered at no cost.

• 45–60 minute coaching session via Zoom or in person

In this session, we will:

• Understand your current position. Your background, recent experience, and the transition or growth you're navigating.

• Clarify your goals. The roles, industries, or career outcomes you're targeting, and the timeline you're working within.

• Identify your immediate obstacles. Where the process is stalling, whether in your materials, your search strategy, your networking, or your interviews.

• Map a path forward. A clear, honest sense of the work ahead and how the methodology would apply to your specific situation.
